<p>We are seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to lead ADME, pharmacokinetics (PK), biodistribution, and bioanalytical activities for oligonucleotide therapeutics. The successful candidate will support programs from discovery through preclinical development by generating PK/PD, biodistribution, and translational data that inform candidate selection and IND-enabling studies.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, execute, and interpret PK and ADME studies for oligonucleotide therapeutics in rodent and non-rodent models.</li>
<li>Characterize tissue distribution, metabolism, protein binding, and exposure in hepatic and extrahepatic tissues.</li>
<li>Establish PK/PD relationships to support candidate optimization, dose selection, and translational modeling.</li>
<li>Lead preclinical proof-of-concept studies for targeted oligonucleotide platforms, including antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs).</li>
<li>Develop and validate bioanalytical assays for oligonucleotide quantification in plasma and tissues using techniques such as qPCR, hybridization assays, and LC-MS/MS.</li>
<li>Support biomarker strategies, regulatory compliance, and GLP-aligned activities where appropriate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with biology, chemistry, and bioconjugation teams to advance oligonucleotide programs.</li>
<li>Contribute to IND-enabling studies, regulatory documentation, and external CRO management.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years (Scientist) or 8 years (Senior Scientist) of experience in preclinical development of oligonucleotide therapeutics.</li>
<li>Expertise in PK study design, ADME evaluation, tissue biodistribution, and bioanalytical platforms such as qPCR, hybridization assays, and LC-MS/MS.</li>
<li>Experience supporting in vivo evaluation of targeted oligonucleotides and extrahepatic delivery approaches.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of PK/PD relationships, biodistribution, and translational strategies for candidate selection.</li>
<li>Experience in metabolic disease models and oligonucleotide therapeutics is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Demonstrated project leadership, CRO management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical thinking, scientific rigor, and communication abilities.</li>

<p>We are seeking a hands-on Scientist with expertise in bioconjugation and targeted delivery to support the development of ligand-oligonucleotide conjugates (LOCs) for extrahepatic RNA delivery. The successful candidate will design, synthesize, characterize, and optimize LOCs for selective delivery to tissues such as muscle, adipose, and ocular targets while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to advance RNA therapeutics.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and execute conjugation strategies to develop LOCs with improved tissue-selective delivery.</li>
<li>Perform hands-on synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization of LOCs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with oligonucleotide chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists to evaluate LOC performance in vitro and in vivo.</li>
<li>Support CRO management, reagent sourcing, and experimental execution.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of data quality, reproducibility, and scientific documentation.</li>
<li>Contribute to innovation, intellectual property generation, publications, and patent filings.</li>

<li>Experience with purification techniques such as HPLC, affinity, ion-exchange, size-exclusion chromatography, and tangential flow filtration.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of analytical characterization methods, including LC-MS, CE-SDS, DSC, HIC, and NMR.</li>

                    <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>

<p>We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Group Leader to establish and lead NATi’s Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugates (AOC) platform for extrahepatic delivery. This role will drive the scientific strategy and execution of AOC programs, integrating antibody discovery, protein engineering, bioconjugation, analytics, and translational biology to advance next-generation RNA therapeutics. The successful candidate will build platform capabilities, lead a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate closely with discovery, DMPK, bioanalytics, and CMC functions.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Define and execute the scientific strategy for AOC-based therapeutics targeting extrahepatic tissues.</li>
<li>Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive program milestones from discovery through preclinical development.</li>
<li>Guide antibody discovery, engineering, and developability activities, including target selection, optimization, and manufacturability assessment.</li>
<li>Establish and oversee bioconjugation strategies, including linker design, oligonucleotide conjugation, and analytical characterization.</li>
<li>Partner with oligonucleotide chemistry teams to optimize payload selection, modifications, and conjugation approaches.</li>
<li>Develop analytical and bioanalytical workflows to assess conjugate quality, stability, purity, and functional performance.</li>
<li>Oversee in vitro and in vivo studies evaluating binding, internalization, trafficking, oligonucleotide activity, PK/PD, and biodistribution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with DMPK, Bioanalytics, and CMC teams to support translational development, scalability, and regulatory readiness.</li>
<li>Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across protein science, conjugation chemistry, and biology.</li>
<li>Manage CROs and external collaborations to accelerate program delivery.</li>
<li>Drive innovation, intellectual property generation, patent filings, and scientific publications.</li>
<li>Prepare technical reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>PhD in Protein Engineering, Chemical Biology, Bioconjugation Chemistry, Organic/Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 8 years (Senior Scientist) or 12 years (Principal Scientist) of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology organizations.</li>
<li>Proven track record in antibody discovery, engineering, and bioconjugation, with programs progressing toward development.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with conjugation technologies, linker design, and characterization of AOCs, ADCs, or related modalities.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of antibody developability, protein engineering, and translational drug discovery.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, set scientific strategy, and deliver program milestones.</li>
<li>Track record of innovation through patents, publications, IND filings, or other scientific contributions.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and translational research environment.</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Establish, optimize, and scale SPOS-based workflows for synthesis of ASOs, siRNA, SSO, RNA editors, and emerging oligonucleotide modalities.</li>
<li>Expand platform capabilities through evaluation and implementation of novel chemistries, scaffolds, conjugation strategies, and delivery-enabled formats.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure high-quality, reproducible synthesis, purification, and analytical processes.</li>
<li>Provide scientific leadership through hands-on experimentation, technical guidance, and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of scientists and research associates.</li>
<li>Lead oligonucleotide design, synthesis strategy, manufacturability assessment, and optimization within multidisciplinary project teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with bioconjugation, biology, analytical, and preclinical teams to support pipeline advancement.</li>
<li>Manage CRO partnerships while maintaining critical IP-generating activities in-house.</li>

<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Organic/Medicinal Chemistry, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum 7 years (Senior Scientist), 10 years (Principal Scientist), or 13 years (Associate Director) of relevant industry experience in oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, and analytical characterization.</li>
<li>Hands-on expertise with SPOS platforms, purification technologies, and analytical instrumentation such as LC-MS and UPLC.</li>
<li>Proven track record in advancing oligonucleotide therapeutics, supported by patents, publications, IND filings, or equivalent achievements.</li>
<li>Experience building platform capabilities and managing external CRO partnerships.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, project management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Prior experience in cardiovascular, metabolic, muscle, retinal, or related therapeutic areas is desirable.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, translational biotechnology environment.</li>

<p>We are seeking a Scientist – Discovery Biology to join our founding research team in London. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the scientific direction of an early-stage company while making meaningful contributions to the development of novel ASO therapeutics.</p>
<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will support the biological evaluation of antisense oligonucleotides from early discovery through lead identification for cardiac therapeutic applications. This role is responsible for developing and executing ASO screening cascades, building disease-relevant <em>in vitro</em> and <em>in vivo</em> models, and driving the biological characterization of candidate molecules.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and implement high-throughput in vitro screening assays for ASO activity, selectivity, uptake, and toxicity.</li>
<li>Build and validate disease-relevant cellular and molecular models (e.g., primary cells, iPSC-derived models, organoids, etc.) for ASO screening and mechanistic studies.</li>
<li>Design and execute in vivo pharmacology studies to assess ASO distribution, target engagement, efficacy, and safety.</li>
<li>Organise, analyse and interpret internal research data to identify key insights that will inform future research activities and business strategy and clearly communicating these to relevant internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and security when handling sensitive data related to proprietary research findings.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant postdoctoral or industry experience.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in nucleic acid therapeutics, especially ASOs.</li>
<li>Strong track record in molecular and cellular biology assay development, including vector design, psiCHECK, QuantiGene assays, qPCR, RT-PCR, ddPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, microscopy, splint ligation, hELISA, RNAscope and transcriptome analysis.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with cell-based disease models, especially in cardiac diseases.</li>
<li>Experience designing and executing in vivo studies in rodents for ASO or RNA therapeutic evaluation.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ASO delivery, uptake, and metabolism in various tissues.</li>
<li>Excellent experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly present scientific data and strategies.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in early-stage drug discovery or biotech startups.</li>
<li>Knowledge of RNA biology, splicing regulation, or RNA-protein interactions.</li>
